Can i change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Shipping
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. We provide free express worldwide shipping with UPS and FedEx.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch time is usually 1–7 business days, depending on whether the product requires custom sizing or design adjustments. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–3 business days.
Will i receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Custom Services
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Select “Custom” in the size options at checkout. After your order is complete, our specialist will contact you to guide you through taking measurements. Please note that unusual plus sizes may include a small additional charge.
Can i request custom designs?
Yes. Small adjustments to our designs are free of charge, while significant changes or entirely new designs come with an additional cost.
Do you offer white label services?
Yes. You may order items with your own engraved leather brand label. Simply note “White Label” at checkout. This service comes with a small extra charge billed separately.

Returns & Exchanges
Can i return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Which items are non-returnable?
Exotic skin items (such as python, ostrich, or crocodile), as well as custom-sized, custom-designed, or white-label products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
