We are proud to offer complimentary express shipping on all outgoing orders, to destinations we are able to serve. Every shipment is handled with care and delivered through our trusted carriers, UPS and FedEx, so that your order arrives quickly and securely.

Processing & Handling Time

Every The ISSLA piece is made to order by our atelier. Production typically takes 1–7 business days, and may vary depending on our current workload and the nature of the piece. Pieces made to your measurements or with design adjustments may require additional time as our team prepares your bespoke piece. Production time is in addition to the shipping time below. Your order is dispatched once production is complete, and you will be notified by email.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, express delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, destination, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. For all other destinations, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because of unpaid import charges, the return shipping costs and the non-refundable payment processing fee described in our Terms of Service will be deducted from any refund.
